Standard deliveries are between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Monday to Sunday, for any special deliveries and instructions you may contact our customer care.
We do our very best to have your order delivered as soon as possible however once your parcel is in the couriers hands, we no longer have full control over the delivery.
Please contact our customer care for any deliveries that hasn’t reached the recipient within promised delivery time.
Most of our gift deliveries are made by our trained shipping crew. During busy seasons we may use our trusted third party courier companies to assist in the deliveries of our gift boxes.
Yes, if you do not wish your order to be shipped right away, choose a different delivery date on the bottom left of your shopping cart page.
Make sure to provide us with maximum possible details of recipient so as to make a successful delivery on time. It’s appreciable to provide with nearby landmarks, direct contact numbers etc. Our Delivery agent will contact the number and make sure recipient is available to receive. Returned products will be attempted for redelivery next day and a re-delivery fee will be in case the first delivery was unsuccessful because of the customer/recipient.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email including a copy of your order invoice within 24 hours of order placement.
We do not include invoices or receipts within our gift boxes! We are aware that a large majority of our products are purchased as gifts and are often a surprise. Feel assured that the recipient will only receive the beautifully crafted Lux Box Gift. The recipient will not be sent any details about the purchase. Included in the Lux Box Gift will be the card you choose and general information about Lux Box. We never include an order invoice or confirmation with the delivery. Your purchase receipt is only ever sent via email to the purchaser and not to the recipient.

That’s up to you! A free gift card is included with each gift. Enter your personalised gift message when checking out as the sender’s name is not printed anywhere else on the package, so it’s important that the card message is filled so that you get credit where credit’s due!
Yes, Lux Box Gift Boxes are hand packed in our custom boxes styled with our ribbon and cards. Our boxes are packed with care to keep everything securely in place. Please note that there might be slight variations in the product colours or designs from the pictures displayed on the website. Should any items be out of stock (after your order is placed as this can happen), we reserve the right to swap with a suitable item of the same product. We will always take care to ensure substitutions and alterations are similar in quality and value to the product item described on our website.
Our products are only available for purchase as part of our pre-made gift boxes.
If the order is refused by the recipient upon delivery, a refund will not be issued and the order will return back to our location. The sender would need to provide an alternative recipient and re-delivery charge of AED50 will be applied.

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after order placement, however if any personalisation’s has been carried out or if you order has already been picked up by our courier cancellation will not be possible.
