Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products and we carefully curate the best of the globally renowned products. Being personalised gifts and considering personal hygiene we won’t be able to accept any returns on the boxes we supply.

What do I do if the gift arrives damaged or is faulty?

We take special care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition as we personally hand pack the gift boxes specially for you. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please contact our customer care at support@myluxgifts.com and we will assist you through the process.
We will need the following details from you in order to assess the damaged item:

  • Your Order ID number
  • Pictures evidence of the damaged item
  • Description of the issues you have with the damaged item
  • Any relevant contact information

All damage Claims should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

REFUNDS

Refund policy applies only to an order cancellation as per the terms & conditions.

We do not offer refund for any goods that have already been shipped or in the process to be shipped or with any sort of personalisation.

How do you process refunds?

Once approved and actioned by our customer service team, refunds are paid directly back to your original payment method.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
